Delicious Doncaster Food and Drink Festival, 4th – 7th May 2018 (4 days) – Trader Booking
Spanning across four days of the May Bank Holiday weekend, from Friday 4th to Monday 7th May, the Delicious Doncaster Food Festival will feature a programme of entertainment, activities, hot street food and some exciting names from the culinary world.
This year, one of the UK’s favourite cookery duos The Hairy Bikers (Si and Dave) will be the star attractions of the festival. They will be making an appearance on Saturday 5th May in the demonstration kitchen based in Market Square to show how to cook some of their favourite recipes using ingredients bought at Doncaster Market. The popular TV chefs will also spend part of the day taking in a walking tour of the market and will be on hand for meet and greets with their many fans.
Following the success of last year’s appearance, Jean-Christophe Novelli will also be returning to ‘Delicious Doncaster Food and Drink Festival’ on Sunday 6th May. The Michelin Award winning TV chef will once again demonstrate how to prepare some more of his mouth-watering dishes using locally sourced produce.
Stallholders are advised to carefully read the following terms and conditions of stall hire prior to completing their application. They should also retain the copy of the terms and conditions for their future reference and guidance.
Doncaster Food & Drink Festival is a celebration of the vibrant local and regional food scene, showcasing our great local produce, talented chefs, mouth-watering street food and outstanding brewers and distillers. It is the towns largest free to attend event and will take place from 4th May – 7th May 2018 in and around the market and town centre area. Incorporating Baxter Gate, Market Place, Goose Hill, Scot Lane, Sunny Bar and the Market estate.
The festival will be open from 10am – 6pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday continuing into the early evening with entertainment throughout the festival.
Please note that all artisan market pitches are for OFF SALES ONLY – if you wish to provide food or beverages for consumption at the event, please apply for a Street Food pitch.
We have a number of different options available for artisan market traders
⦁ First Phase release includes Baxter Gate and Market Place . Festival trading 4 days only (own gazebos and generators required).
⦁ Traditional permanent market stalls provided single and 4 days (4 day discount) trading only on the Outer Market, Cold Store Top, 12 ft. x4 ft. static stalls.
⦁ 2nd Phase release Scot Lane, Sunny Bar , Market Place (own generators and gazebo required).

If the consent holder’s business includes the sale of food they must ensure they comply with all requirements of the Food Safety Act 1990, and in particular the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulations 1995.
All required documentation must be attached to the completed application form before sending for you application to be considered.
Festival offers will be made via email, once accepted an invoice for full payment will be sent payable within 7 days if payment is not made we will presume you no longer wish to stand and the offer will be withdrawn.
Upon receiving payment confirmation your place will be reserved, site map and all relative information will be forwarded to your email address.
Any exhibitor who cancels/non-attendance a booked space after payment, for whatever reason, shall forfeit all fees paid and the festival organisers have the right to re let the space.
